I'm currently the Chief Technology Officer at Altitude Labs, where I focus on artificial intelligence, platform strategy, and building dependable systems that can scale with ambitious products.

Across the last two decades I've worked across e-commerce, SaaS, cyber security, and digital media, leading engineering teams, shaping technology roadmaps, and modernising platforms under real commercial pressure.

My background includes serving as CTO at Farmison & Co, advising on cyber security, consulting for retailers and publishers, and contributing expert commentary on cyber security and technology issues for the BBC and other media outlets.
